DT levers

This week, we spent time planning, designing and making a DT project to show that we can make levers. Children picked a mini-beast and re-created their habitat.

Spring Half Term Plans

I have attached both Nursery and Reception’s Jigsaw plans for this half term with some of the objectives we are working towards. I have also attached Reception’s current homework grid for our Animals topic.


As part of our Science topic on ‘Sound’ we experimented with instruments – making high and low pitched sounds. We had great fun playing the guitar and other instruments.

Our Y5 germ experiment

In Y5 Miss Smith conducted an experiment about the importance of washing our hands. We looked at what happens to germs when we wash our hands.

Investigating the Hole

We found something’s down the hole. We found a snake skin, a bone, a feather and different coloured hair.
